We enjoyed the kids loved the pool and the bar area was great for watching them. The restaurant had good options for children. The family room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom and separate toilet. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options, including scrambled eggs and sausages. The location was pleasant with fresh air. The management compensated for a billing error by offering complimentary breakfast.

Conveniently situated hotel at the edge of Blois, within easy reach by car of city and autoroute. Good value for money and friendly staff. Nice large garden and small pool that can serve as a nice intermezzo for a family en route in France.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, nice garden, very good and rich breakfast, close to the castles of Loire valley.

As a group we arrived after a long trip and found the hallway and some rooms had a foul smell of sewage, we had to change rooms. We could not get a drink and was told we would have to wait over 30 minutes if we wanted to eat. The service and food was appauling for a Novotel. I would not recommend it.

The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location, situated in a quiet residential area, provides a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities are well-maintained, including rooms with free wi-fi access and comfortable beds. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of appetizers to choose from.

Hotel Staff was very helpful and friendness. The room was very clean and includes good bathroom (WC was separated) with big tab.

The location close to several Chateaux de la Loire is the main advantage of this hotel. A large number of rooms make it convenient for large companies.

Warning! They cheat with their prices. They asked us to pay 50% more than the booking price when we arrived. Only after a 10 minute scandal they agreed to accept the booking price.

The hotel offered comfortable and clean rooms with modern furnishings, providing a spacious and pleasant stay. The free Wi-Fi was accessible throughout the building, and the reception even had a free Xbox for the kids to enjoy. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with nearby shops and a chemist for any necessities.

There were a few areas that could be improved. This issue may have contributed to some guests falling ill the following day.

We liked Novotel Blois as it was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed relaxing beside the swimming pool.

They were understaffed in the dining room on the night we were there and they were underpressure to attend to everyone.

It is clean, good parking, near where I wanted to be. Nothing wrong with the hotel at all.

The restraunt air condition unit sound was quite loud but was switched off at midnight no real problem but did echo around the hotel square.The room air condition was not very cool in operation but this must be expensive to operate considering the cost of the room.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, my only Complaint would be the white dog hair left on the sofa in room. It transferred onto my dark trousers. Other than that it was a good room and location was in nice residential type area. Great pool as well.
